I’m Randy Schmidt, a San Diego–based Associate Creative Director with roots in shooting and editing. Since joining GoPro’s media team in 2016, I’ve grown from hands-on production into creative leadership—without putting down the camera. I’m at my best turning complicated launches into clear stories, building calm teams under real deadlines, and making work that feels lived-in rather than manufactured.
